"You are all so kind,"

said the sugar maple tree.

"And I accept your colorful help, but . . .

without green leaves, my branches will

still look dry and dead."

chirped the robin.  "A flock of green kinglets

are roosting in the spruce trees next door.

I'll ask them to come over to give

you a natural look."
